Afternoon strength and fitness sessions

Has your Gym program lost its direction?  Want to learn how to lift and gain confidence with a barbell? Want expert programs to build lean muscle and drop body fat?

Our afternoon sessions would be perfect for you.

Afternoon session times available for goal specific program tailored to you.  Our Coach Cam will write and supervise your session and help you obtain real results.

When: Between 3.30pm and 6.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (not Wednesday at the moment.)

Programs will consist of barbells, dumbells and weight machines, specially designed to reach your goals. Want to tone up and lose weight? Your program will have circuit training included. Want to gain quality muscle and get strong? We will teach you to lift like a beast.  Got a sport? Let’s improve performance.

Who: All ages, sexes and fitness levels welcome. Our private sessions will be used to teach you foundations and get you familiar with training.

How to begin?


  • First step – Begin with a Starter pack of 3 private sessions so we can introduce you to the basics and create some solid foundations.  These sessions are one on one and can be booked to suit your schedule.
  • Second step – We will write you a 6 week program free of charge with weekly training options of : once / twice or four times a week. Pricing varies and you can chose direct debit or pay wave options.
  • Third step – Book in with your coach, train consistently and reap the benefits of your hard work.
