Stay True Health & Fitness is the hub for fitness for the Gympie community. Our gym offers:

  • Bootcamp classes focusing on functional movements. Utilising a combination of cross training, high intensity interval training and strength training to give you a safe and well balanced workout.
  • Olympic Weightlifting training for adults, teenagers and pre-teens. Learn to lift with experienced coaches, learn how to snatch, clean and jerk, deadlift, squat and more.

We pride ourselves on being health and fitness specialists with 20 + years experience. We are an NDIS provider, have a passion for rehabilitation and love to help people exercise. We believe exercise is important for everybody, not only with physical health but mental health too. Everybody deserves to live a healthy, happy life!
