Personal training caters to individuals of all backgrounds whether you are new to exercise or are an experienced athlete.
Collaborating with a skilled coach will advance your progress and help you stay committed to your goals. If you need assistance in kickstarting your fitness journey, prehab or rehab of an injury, or just want to try something new we’ve got you covered!
Drawing upon over 30 years of collective experience in weightlifting, hypertrophy, strength and conditioning and CrossFit we tailor each session to fit your goals.

Our sessions are one-on-one allowing us to provide our undivided attention. Supercharge your session by pairing up with a friend or family member. We’ve found that exercising with a partner can help with accountability and make it more fun. 

We offer a variety of training options that include:
– Sessions at the Iron Palace gym with Jemma
– Home visits where we come to you and train you from the comfort of your own home
– Sessions at our private personal training studio at Tamaree with Cameron.

The choice is yours and we aim to find something to suit your schedule.
