For the school holidays we are offering the chance for any new high school aged students to come have training with us for FREE.
Starting Tuesday 29/3/16 and finishing Friday 8/4/15
These sessions will be an introduction to weightlifting so expect a mixture of learning the olympic lifts, building muscle and strength with weights, doing CrossFit workouts and training core strength.
Perfect for growing bodies.
Training times available – weekdays
– 8.15am to 9.00am
– 3.45pm to 4.30pm
Bookings are essential as spaces are limited. Be on time, bring a towel, water and closed in shoes.
