Have you been trying to get your mates along to CrossFit but they respond with “I’m not fit enough for that!” or “I can’t do any of those things!”. Maybe you have been watching our Facebook page for a while now and would love be a part of our community but are worried that the movements will be to advanced for you? During January we will be offering an On Ramp introduction package specially designed for you!
On Ramp sessions will cover:
- Basic introduction to the movements we use in the CrossFit classes
- How to scale CrossFit workouts appropriately
- Highlight any flexibility issues that you may have, and how to improve them
What else you will need to know:
- Half hour sessions will that will run alongside our normal CrossFit classes
- Sessions will be run by Coach Cam (12 years experience in the fitness industry, 5 of those in CrossFit)
- Three sessions at a cost of $50
- Bookings are essential
- After these sessions you can move straight into the CrossFit classes
