TOMORROW IS ANZAC DAY, IN PAYING RESPECT WE WILL NOT OPEN UNTIL THE AFTERNOON. OUR CLASSES WILL BE 4PM AND 6.15PM. WE WILL ALSO BE INTRODUCING YOU HERO WODS. THE CROSSFIT COMMUNITY PAY TRIBUTE TO FALLEN SERVICEMEN BY NAMING WORKOUTS AFTER THEM. WE WILL BE COMPLETING AUSTRALIA’S FIRST DEDICATED HERO WOD, ‘WOOD’. IT IS HARD BUT WE SCALE IT TO YOUR LEVEL, SO I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THE CLASSES FULL AND CHEERING EACH OTHER ON.
