hang cleans

 

then

21 – 15 – 9

med ball cleans

kettlebell swings

 

Its my birthday today so I want everyone in and training. there will be no classes thursday and friday so get in and learn an olympic lift.  Next week will be monday to friday CrossFit so get in and make the most of us.
