Attention over 50s in Gympie and TCB

New classes have been added that have the emphasis on working as hard as you like and live a healthier life. With these classes you will build strength, increase cardio output, improve daily living and make a few new friends along the way.
Our classes are designed to be less impact with the chance to train regularly and not worry about the wear and tear on your joints.

*** Tin Can Bay / Cooloola Cove residents, please join us at The Cooloola Coast Community Complex Fridays for 8am Circuit class and 9am Chair fitness and the rest of the day via appointment for home visits. ***

Weightlifting Class

– 5.30am / 5.30pm

– Learn a new sport and skills with experienced coaches

– Develop strong legs and back to protect yourself and live a better life

– Train in a group to push each other and make friends

– $15 Casual

Circuit Class

– 9am Monday to Thursday

– Build muscular strength and improve cardiovascular fitness

– 3 segments to each class; strength circuit, cardio circuit and core circuit

– Adjustable to your own level and abilities

– $15 Casual

Chair Fitness Class

– 10am Monday to Thursday

– Suited for all ages and abilities

– Based around seated exercises

– Designed to improve daily living with functional movements

– Socialise and make friends

– $15 casual
