🌟Is your sport season finishing up and you’d like to try something new? Also for you!

🌟8 x small group classes that start at the ground level and build you up.

🌟Suitable for all fitness levels. Open to teens and adults.

🌟$150 includes 8 sessions and a STWC t-shirt!

🌟 Tuesdays and Thursdays at 530pm
