Teen Lifting

Teen weightlifting.pngThe best time to start learning weightlifting is when the body is developing.

  • We are taking kids aged 10 years old to 17 years old.  
  • Our group classes are designed to develop the skills needed to improve quality of life.  
  • You will see great gains in:
    • strength

    • flexibility
    • co-ordination
    • mental toughness
    • positive body image
    • Not to mention making friends and de-stress after school.

School Age Weightlifting class

We don’t expect anyone to know how to lift, we will teach you everything you need to know and as you get stronger and understand the lift we will progress you further.  Our goal with weightlifters is to gain the confidence to lift for the club

School age lifter prices:

–          All school kids are capped at $10 per session

–          Large block pricing can be arranged.

* Consistent training is optimal for their development
