Private training or a Rehab program with one of our coaches will give you a specially designed session to repair injuries and give you a better quality of life.  Whether you are injured, wanting basic fitness or recommended by a specialist, we offer tailor made sessions to get your life back on track.  Work within your limitations with smart slow progressions to better reach your goals and keep you healthy and active.

You will have your own experienced coach keeping you on track with intelligently designed programming.  Our 30 minute or 60 minute sessions will get you moving more freely, build functional muscle, lose body fat and improve bone density.
We are happy to work closely with your doctors and specialists to give you the best possible results.

*** HOW TO BEGIN ***

  • First step – Begin with a Starter pack of 3 private sessions so we can introduce you to the basics and create some solid foundations.  These sessions are one on one and can be booked to suit your schedule. Partner pricing available
  • Second step – We will write you a 6 week program with weekly training options of : once / twice or four times a week. Pricing varies and you can chose direct debit or pay wave options.
  • Third step – Supervised program times to be trialled in the afternoon.  Bookings essential with a coach so we can give you the best service.
    Early morning and school drop off times will be introduced as popularity increases.

    Monday 3.30pm to 6.30pm
    Tuesday 3.30pm to 6.30pm

    Thursday 3.30pm to 6.30pm
    Friday 3.30pm to 6.30pm

This pack contains three X 30 minute sessions of private coaching with a top level coach. Your session will be tailor made to suit your goals and set you up for continued success within our club.
