CrossFit Group Fitness

CrossFit group classes are focused on improving one’s health and lifestyle. The style of class we teach is inclusive so people of any fitness level can come train. 
We teach a hour class that is fun, offers variety with every day a combination of : lifting weights for strength and bone density, high intensity workouts for fat loss and cardio fitness, learning fun gymnastic and weightlifting skills and regaining flexibility with regular stretching.
Every day has a different workout so one day we could be doing back squats followed by a work out with tyre flips and sledgehammer strikes. The following day could be learning how to do handstands with a workout of sit ups, push ups and running.
Why? To give you well rounded results and make you a better person.

Female Fitness Class

Our female exclusive class brings all fitness levels together for a class that helps tone muscles and burn fat. Why is it female only? To give you the chance to meet like minded ladies, to train in a more comfortable environment with a program specially designed for your goals.
With a bigger focus on cardio using HIIT style training you will get huge improvements to your fitness and with Coach Carleys guidance, be in the best shape of your life.
