Hey guys,
I just wanted to update everyone on what we offer for people with different government funding packages.
NDIS
Both Jemma and Cam have been working with participants of the NDIS for 5 or 6 years. The main goal is helping people improve their health and fitness – by gaining strength and improving co-ordination we are able to help build skills that improve their independence and daily living.
We build relationships, the participants get out in the community, they get an outlet to express themselves and blow off some steam. We also work closely with physiotherapists and other health specialists to rehabilitate injuries and address issues.
Jem currently is working from Iron Palace and has limited spaces but always willing to chat to work something out. Her specialty is clients with intellectual disabilities and people who are anxious about working out and being in the gym. Sessions are 30 minutes long.
Cam is working from our private training studio in Tamaree where it is quiet and great for people not wanting to be in a public gym. Home visits are potentially available within the Gympie region depending on location and available times. He also enjoys working with teenage and adult males and has a lot of experience with brain injuries and ASD. Currently he has opened his books back up and is taking on new clients. One hour or half hour sessions available.
My Aged Care

Over the last 20 years Cameron has been working with clients in the 60 to 90 year age range, who have all had ranges of health status, fitness abilities and goals.
Depending on each persons ability the training can range from in bed mobility and stretching to chair based exercise through to lifting weights and using fitness equipment. He has worked closely with physios and health professionals and worked through to end of life with clients.
Same as NDIS the options for training, we offer one on one at our Tamaree studio or home visits within the Gympie region with select spots available in the mid morning and after lunch.
If you are interested, please don’t hesitate to reach out and get the ball rolling.
