Hey guys, just a little blog post to let you know what I am offering at the moment.
Books are open for;
- Private Personal Training studio at Tamaree, Gympie (off Old Maryborough Rd.)
- At home My Aged Care visits for people unable to leave their homes.
- NDIS for either our studio or home visits if needed.
Training options
- 30 minute Express Circuit sessions. Cardio based session designed for someone who needs to get in a quick session. Reduce body fat, gain lean muscle and improve Cardiovascular fitness. $55
- 60 minute Strength and Cardio sessions. First half is a circuit based focused on improving strength and lean muscle. The second half is cardio based circuit training. The hour will give you a wholistic training session. $85
Bring your Partner
Training sessions can have a partner or friend join in for no added cost. I find that partner training help build relationships, keep each other accountable and offers a fun activity outside of their regular habits.
Specialised Training
Specialised Training available to tailor your session to your goals and preferences. With over 20 years in the industry and working in all areas I can offer expert training in the following areas;
- Work with your physiotherapist or health provider for rehabilitation of injuries or prehab before surgery.
- Improve your Activities of Daily Living for people that need some time to rebuild their basic strength, coordination and function. We work with clients who utilise NDIS and My Aged Care for this style of training.
- Provide coaching in Olympic Weightlifting with technique and programming to progress you.
- Offer CrossFit style workouts and programming from the years owning a box.
- Strength and Conditioning programming can be used to supplement your sport or work in off season training for your major sport to return stronger and injury proof.
All sessions are designed to your level of fitness. I want you to thrive so finding the right amount of hardness, variety and fun to get you training consistently.
Times and availability
Currently as of Sept 24 I have some spaces on weekdays in the following spots.
- AM – early morning 5.30/6am ish.
- AM – 9.30am time now available
- PM – 12.30pm ish over lunch
- PM – 3/3.30pm after school / work
- PM – 5pm after work
If there is certain time during the day that you need just ask and I might be able to move existing clients to suit.
