🏋️ WEEKLY GROUP FITNESS CLASSES 🏃
Scheduled outdoor group classes will run Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30am and 5:30pm, Saturday at 7:30am. These classes will be pay-as-you-go until we reopen the gym. You will need to book ahead. $15 per class.
🏋️ PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS 🏃
On the M, W, F we will be available outside of these times for small preorganised groups. This includes anyone wanting to do lifting/strength training, specific cardio training or who cannot make the AM/PM group class. You can register your interest with me on a timeslot that would suit you + goals so if others are interested I can team you up OR you can organise a group between yourselves. $60 for 1 hr, split between people attending (eg, 4 people at $15 each or 3 people $20 each)
🏋️ PERSONAL TRAINING 🏃
One-on-one personal training is also available outside of class times. $50 single sessions for members.
🏋️ ONLINE TRAINING 🏃
Online training will still be an option if people would like to continue or start this for $25 per week. If you would like to do a combination of online and in person sessions please let me know and I will organise a pack for you based on sessions attended.
🏋️ OTHER STUFF 🏃
We are expecting to be opening the gym from June 15th. Weightlifting will not resume until then. I am still unsure of how this will look but I had a QWA meeting last night and they are in the process of putting together a covid-safe plan for all QLD weightlifting clubs. We will also have a covid-safe plan together for the gym as a whole. More information will come out for this as we get closer to that date.
