CrossFit LITE Bootcamp

For people looking to do CrossFit workouts without the heavy lifting.


CFG’s LITE Bootcamp will help you increase your fitness level, improve your general stregth and promote fat loss.

You will train with Coach Jemma in a specially designed program that will suit all levels of fitness to have fun
and get fit! These group sessions are great if the heavy lifting side of CrossFit doesn’t suit your interests or
your goals. Whether you are already exercising, play sport or are a beginner taking the first steps to improve your
fitness our LITE Bootcamp will be achievable for you.

Partner Sled Push 06/04/2015

  • 2 sessions per week
  • Tuesday & Thursday at 5am
  • Optional Saturday session at 8:30am
  • 45 minutes sessions
  • Fun and exciting workouts for all fitness levels
  • Easy Southside location (near the race course)
  • Starts Tuesday 23rd June
  • $100 for a 4 week block
  • OR $80 each if you come with a friend!
