🧠 Our Approach
There’s no one-size-fits-all program. Every session is tailored to suit your needs, your goals, and your preferred training environment.
For many clients – especially those on NDIS or My Aged Care – we focus on:
- Building muscular strength and joint stability
- Improving coordination and movement confidence
- Supporting bone density and balance
- Reducing falls risk and improving daily function
- Boosting self-esteem through progress and routine
- Encouraging community involvement and independence
If you’re just looking to get fitter, feel better, and build consistency, we’re here for that too.
📍 Session Locations
We offer flexible training options to suit your lifestyle and comfort:
- Private Studio (Tamaree) – quiet, personalised space with Cameron
- Home Visits – we bring equipment and training to your door
- Iron Palace Gym (Glanmire) – with Jemma
You can train one-on-one or pair up with a friend for $85 per session or $100 per session for a small group of 3-4 people.
