With over 20 years in the fitness industry, Cam has dedicated his career to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.

He specialises in supporting NDIS participants, My Aged Care clients, and anyone looking to improve their strength, mobility, and confidence in daily life.

Cam brings a unique mix of high-level sports coaching and compassionate, client-focused training. He knows that fitness isn’t just about reaching goals – it’s about making life easier, more enjoyable, and more independent.

  • Bachelor of Human Movement Science
  • Cert III & IV in Fitness
  • National-level Olympic Weightlifting Coach & Referee
  • Multiple-time Coach for the Queensland Weightlifting Team
  • Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach
  • Former CrossFit Gympie Affiliate Owner (8 years)
  • Over 20 years of on the job experience

Meet Jemma Cowper – Weightlifting Coach & Personal Trainer

Jemma found fitness in 2011 and quickly discovered how empowering it could be – especially for women and young athletes. As someone who wasn’t “sporty” growing up, she’s passionate about showing others that you don’t need to fit the traditional mould to thrive in sport.

Jemma now leads Stay True Weightlifting Club, helping athletes gain confidence through strength training and running a popular youth weightlifting program that gives teens the chance to train, learn, and compete in a supportive environment.

  • Level 2 CrossFit Trainer
  • Cert III in Fitness
  • Multiple-time coach and team manager for the Queensland Weightlifting Team
  • Category 2 International Weightlifting Referee
