
We have been working with the NDIS for years and it’s something both of us love to do and are pretty good at. Cameron’s books are open for NDIS clients again and here are a few aspects that work well and set him apart from others.
– The option to participate in our private gym has helped people participate where the anxiety of public spaces or doing something new may be too overwhelming. Home visits work in the same way and it can remove some of the fear of starting a new activity.
– My relaxed training style has an emphasis on hanging out and having a good time while exercising and staying on task. What I find is that it builds friendships and that’s as important to me as physical results. It will also help get in your training as you actually want to go and train.
– Friendly safe space. On the relaxed training style we are able to chat and hang out that brings up and important aspect, it gives everyone an outlet to talk and grow. Something that we all need and sometimes need to vent to someone that isn’t their loved ones.
– With over 20 years in the industry and working with all populations I should be able to help. I am happy to work with your physios, therapists and any of your professionals to build strength, coordination, stability and get in the cardio to lose weight and improve fitness.
