With 15 + years working in the fitness industry, health and fitness is my life.
I pride myself in teaching you the highest standards and guiding you through your health journey. I can offer anything from professional sports performance to disability and rehabilitation, my passion is working with you to reach your specific goals.

– National Level Olympic Weightlifting coach and referee
– Multiple time Head coach and assistant coach for the Queensland Weightlifting team.
– CrossFit Level 1 trainer, weightlifting and strong man also an affiliate owner for 8 years.

Jemma Cowper


After finding fitness in 2011 and seeing the positive impact it was having on not only myself but our friends and family, I decided I wanted to help more people achieve their goals and do things they never would have dreamed of. I love bringing fitness and weightlifting to the local community. Coaching our highschool weightlifters is one part of my job that I truly love. As some one who was not traditionally sporty or into team sports at school it excites me to be able to offer a program for kids like myself who can train in a group environment and then compete at the level that best suits them.

I fell in love with weights and cardio just under 5 years ago and haven’t look back. Since then I have grown a love and passion for health and fitness.
Prioritising and implementing an active and healthy lifestyle into everyday life is something i believe is achievable for all given the right tools and having a supportive environment. My goal now is to help others discover their potential, support others to achieve their goals and encourage people to live a more active lifestyle.
I have the amazing opportunity to coach a group of women in a female only fitness class, encouraging and supporting women with their fitness goals and leaning to appreciate and love their bodies is dream come true to me and I love that I get to see these women grow and become stronger both physical and mentally.
