Olympic Weightlifting is inclusive of all ages and body weights.  The sport is fun, challenging and had major health benefits.

  • Work exclusively with high level weightlifting and strength qualified coaches.
  • Training competitively or just recreational.
  • Smartphone app to complete programs and track and analyse progress.

Training Times

  • Via Appointment
  • Adults Training – Monday & Thursday – 3:30pm to 7:30pm
  • Teen Training – Tuesday & Friday – 3:30pm to 5:00pm
  • Pre Teen Training – Thursday – 3:30pm to 5:00pm
