    Improve balance, build stronger bodies, live healthier lives

    – Mature adults
    – People with limited movement
    – People with disabilities
    – People who just need to ease back into exercising

    Monday to Thursday
    – 10am

    – 45 min
    – Multiple levels of abilities available in the same class
    – Bring some water and a towel
  • One on one
    – 30 minute or 60 minute options
    – Tailor made session to suit your goals, injuries and health abilities
    – Exercise at a time that suit you
  • Home visits
    – 30 minute or 60 minute options
    – Available for the Gympie, Tin Can Bay and surrounding areas
    – No equipment needed to purchase
